I get the following error when attempting to export a
report into snapshot format and save to a location on our
network drive:
"The report snapshot was not created because you don't
have enough free disk space for temporary work files.
To fix this, free up disk space (for example, empty the
Recycle Bin or delete unnnecessary files).
I looked up this error in the knowledge base and there are
several causes listed, however, none seem to apply.
Reports are exported routinely via a batch file and macro
and that never seems to give me a problem. It is only
when I am actually in a report and I select File>Export
and browse to the save location to export the report.
From time to time I am able to export a single report
using the method described above, but only if I rename the
report something with very few characters (4 or 5).
However, this does not always work.
Are there any other known causes for this error? Could it
be because I am exporting to the network?
