Error when installing MS Office 2007

Has anyone run into the following error when installing MS Office 2007? I'm
running Vista.

Error 2203. An internal error has occured. (C:windows\installer\3071a6ipi
-2147287035) Contact microsoft product support services(PSS) for assistance.

This file doesn't exist on my system. Any help is appreciated.
