error when open a saved outlook file that contain tiff file attach

I get the following error when I try to open an outlook file that contain a
tiff file attachment:

"The operation failed. An object could not be found"

In fact, I managed to open the file when I receive it from the sender.
However, after I save the particular e-mail to my server and I try to open
the file that I've saved, the above error message will appear.

FYI, the above error does not appear for those e-mail that does not contain
faxes attachment(in .tiff format).

I've tried to reinstall the tiff viewer, but the error still persist.
