Error when opening a .csv file

Hey all,

I work at an Insurance company and we send them policy information via an
automatic email system when a policy goes inforce. The broker gets a excel
..csv file as an attachment.

One broker which I look after seems to be having an issue opening them. The
following error pops up, even after she saves them to desktop or somewhere
else.

Error Copying File or Folder.
Cannot copy file: Can not read from the source file or disk.

Her system stats:
Microsoft Windows XP, Profissional, Version 2002.
With Microsoft Office Excel 2003.

I can open the files she gets, but she cant seem to open them.

I know this isnt a Excel issue but its relevant to excel and nothing comes
up on google when I search the error or parts of it.

So I thought I would do the right thing and help her out.

Any advice would be great :D

Thanks!

Does the error pop up from within Excel?

What happens if she opens Excel without opening a file, do any error messages
appear? Can you subsequently open the file by choosing file, open from within
Excel?
