Error when opening a project

When opening a project from a devlopment server I receive
the following:

Ther enterprise global already contains a filter names
Emterprise Resources.

Do you want to replace the filter with the one from the
enterprise global, replace all itens with duplicate
names, rename the filter in the project or candel opening
the project?

What should I do. I don't want to overwrite any custom
filters, but I can't get in.

Steve --

When prompted, replace the filter. This is a common error message in
Project Server 2002 and 2003. In your situation, replacing the filter will
cause no harm. Hope this helps.
