Error when opening Outlook

I am receiving an error message that states:

Unable to open default e-mail folders. DLL for info
service couldn't be found. MAPI was unable to load the
information service PSTPRX.dll. Be sure service is
correctly installed and configured.

If I click on OK, I get another message box that asks if I
would like to install default file system folder instead?
If I click on yes, I get a window that looks more like
Explorer and if I click on No, Outlook closes.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office and I have tried
to run the fixmapi.exe but have not been able to fix the
problem.

Please help me fix this problem!!!

Thanks for your reply Andreas but this does not resolve my problem. Have you
got any other suggestions?
