Error when opening word doc.

when word files are clicked on to open, word opens up and
gives an error that the file is anavailable. After
clicking ok and I try to exit out of word another message
come up saying that the file normal already exist and if i
would like to replace the existinig file. i click no and
ask to save it. The when I do another message comes up
saying that the global temblate has been changed do you
want to save the change, and when you click no then it
finally exits the program. Any help?

Open Norton Anti Virus and disable the Office Plug-in.
