error when publishing on front page - access to file denied???

having trouble with publishing front page

get messages saying " the file error_doc/bad gateway.html exists on the the
destination but not on curent web site, do you want front page to remove it.

I say yes and it says cannot delete files.

also get error saying cannot access your file new_born_baby_baskets.html

does anyone know what I am doing wrong?????

Contact your web host and ask them to run the server extension health check on your site. Also
remove all spaces from folder and file names.
