My Outlook was recently upgraded from OL97 to 2003 when I purchased a new PDA
(new version is required for ActiveSync). The upgrade works fine and
continues to archive e-mails as before. However, today I had to search for
some archived e-mails. OL was happy to search the archive and found the
relevant items but when I try to open them I get the message "Can't open
this item. Could not open the item. Try again." Of course, trying again has
no effect.
Can anyone tell me how I can get to my old e-mails?
