Error when retrieving hotmail email thru Outlook

Task "MSN: Folder:Sychronizing headers." reported error (0x800CCCF0) : "The
service is currently unavailable. Try again later.'

For some reason my Outlook works in the morning but sporadically at night.
Webmail @ Hotmail works fine.

Microsoft is eliminating access to free Hotmail via Outlook and Outlook
Express.
