Error when saving project

Hello NG.

We use MS Project 2002 (no server) and the following message appears, when
saving a project:
"The instruction at "0x3019dcdb" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to tetermin the program
Clik on CANCEL to debug the program"

Does anybody know what this message could mean?
