Error when sending or replying to emails

hello,
I am getting an error when I try to send or reply to emails. I can receive them just fine but its the replying and sending thats the problem. The error is as follows:

"553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of all rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

Any help is greatly appreciated. :)

This is an indication you're not properly authenticating to your outgoing
server. Your ISP publishes instructions on how to do that.
