Error when Sending/Receiving - "Object could not be found"

Hi,

I use Earthlink as my internet provider and I'm using dial up. I have my
Outlook email configured to receive mail from my web site hosting company's
server. Problem is, when I hit the Send/Receive button I get the following
error:

"The operation failed. An object could not be found."

I have worked with both my provider and web hosting company to fix this, but
so far it just doesn't work. Any ideas on this error message? Thanks!
