Error when sending to a Dist.List

I have a user that is trying to send a word document as an attachment to a
distribution list that in a public folder. The problem is when she sends to
this distribution list she gets an error. Once she gets this error, the
message just stays up until you close it and it never sends.

Also, other users can send it fine, any ideas? All users are WinXPsp2,
OL2007 (was OL2003 but it acted the same in 2003) and Word2003.

Could not complete the operation. One or more parameter values are not
valid.
