Error when starting up outlook 2003 SBE.

Hi all,everytime one of my fellow workers logs onto to outlook(2003 SBE) the

ff box pops up.

<Heading> Outlook.exe-Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

<body> Process id=0xf7c (3964), Thread id=0xe30 (3632)

Click ok to terminate the application
Click cancel to debug the application

Can anyone help me pleez
