Faulting error in outlook 2003

I have this error in my outlook 2003 : Faulting application outlook.exe,

5.1.2600.5512, stamp 4802a111, debug? 0, fault address 0x00120521

no com addins enabled

How can I solve this problem ?

What are you doing when this happens?
Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /safe

Tried doing a repair already on the Office installation?
