Error when submitting a form

Hi
I have a form on my webpage but when I try to submit it
this error comes up.

FrontPage Error.
User: please report details to this site's webmaster.
Webmaster: please see the server's application event log
for more details.

Everything worked fine before I published the web.
I also have another form that is connected to an Access
database that works just fine.

I am using FrontPage XP.
Does anybody know what is happening? This is something
that I have done many times before but never had a
problem.

Contact your host for the server log information
- make sure the FP SE have email transport enabled by your host
