Error when switch off

Please help!

When I use outlook 2003 on Win XP pro, when I switch off
the window appear the error but the window can not
recognize. And the window need report to Microsoft.

Please help!!!

What do you mean by "switch off the Window"? What do you mean by "window
cannot recognize"? I realize you're posting from Viet Nam and that English
is probably not your first languase, but I don't understand what you're
asking. Can you be more explicit?
