Error when trying to delete an enterprise resource

I have a couple of resources I am unable to delete. Whenever I try, I get the
following message: "The resource you selected has access to a project that is
checked out by another user and therefore it cannot be deleted." When I look
at checked out Enterprise Projects, there are none. Anybody have a clue?

check in a project that is stuck in a checked out state, but does not show

Thanks, Dale. I'll run this past my DBA and see if we can find the stuck
