Error when trying to link a contact or an account to a Project.

Hello, whenever I attempt to link an account or a contact to a specific
project an error pops up. I am in the new projects screen, then I click on
the Link To button, select the contact or account I want, click Link To then
I click ok. At this point this message pops up

"Business Contact Manager for Outlook could not complete your last action or
actions. Please try again".

It is critical that I be able to set up a project as soon as possible. Any
help would be great.
