Error while archiving folder "Sent" in store Personal Folders

I have a user with a 6gb PST file that I am trying to archive. We are
getting this error. Any suggestions?

Is this a PST created in Outlook 2007 or 2003, or is it from an earlier
version?

I'd guess the archive folder is not Unicode format and is 'full'. Is it just
under 2GB? if so, you'll need to let outlook make a new search folder.
