Error while configuring ODBC drivers

Recently I had to Fdisk my computer and now am going
through and re-installing software. I am running Win98.
When I try to install Office 97, I get the following
message: "The configuration of the ODBC MS Access Driver
(*.mdb) driver failed." What does this mean, and how do I
fix it?
