error while reinstall Office 2003

Last night, I had to reinstall my Windows completely.

After that, I tried to reinstall Office 2003, but it kept saying that it
couldn't locate file PR103374.CAB.

I checked my Office 2003 CD, file PR103374.CAB is definitely on the CD.
I don't know why it can't be found while I try to install Office 2003.

Can somebody help me please?

Thank you.

Yes, but the error keeps saying that the file can't be located.

Strange.

Did you show your computer where that file was?

Is that an original CD or a copy?

This will happen if the registry contains Microsoft Windows Installer information from an earlier Office installation.

To rectify this issue you will need to run the Windows installer Utility. After try your install of Office 2003
