error while responding via Internet email

Sunil Pinto

When i respond ( via Internet email /POP3 and SMTP) to emails which were
earlier downloaded on my LAN in office i get the emails bounced back. When i
right click on the display name i get the following error. " The name or
distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid Address Book
entry. The item could not be found".
If i down load email using POP3 and respond ( via SMTP) then i do not get
any emails bounced back.
Any clues why this is happening?
I have Exchange 5.5 server.

I get this error on Outlook 2000 as well as Outlook 2003

Thanks in advance.
Regards
Sunil
