Error While Saving in FP 2002

When I open my index.html thru frontpage I can edit it and what not, the problem is when I try to save the new version it won't allow me too it tells me to "Rename the file because a file with that name already exists" if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it

Are you using Save, or Save as...?? Try clicking the floppy disk icon on
the toolbar to save it after editing and let us know what happens.

Make sure you have a FP site open and check the Folder List or View for existing files
If on a UNIX server check the case of the file in you local
- you may have an identical file w/ a different case already on the site
