Error while starting outlook

Hi

I am using Outlook XP 2003. When ever i start outlook it gives me this error
message

CiceroUNIwndFrame outlook.exe error
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
the procedure entry point GetIUMS could not be located in MSDART.DLL

I have tried to use the detect & repair function but still did not resolve
the issue.

any suggestions
