Error while trying to Access Project Server

Hi,
I recently upgrade project server 2002 to 2003. I'm
using Project 2002 Pro on clients. Thing seems working ok
except that when I click on Collaborate>Issues or
Documents an error message is displayed " An error ocurred
while trying to access Microsoft Project Server. This
could be caused by the following: Low Memory, Some
components might not be installed or registered properly
on your computer, Some components might have become
unstable. Try the Follwoing: Free up memory, Reboot etc"
Clicking Ok will tell that project can't access project
sever at http://server/projectserver.
I can acces issues or documents by going to
Collaborate>Project Center > selecting the project. or
through Project Web Access. All project sites are IE
trusted sites. Please help.
