error while using word

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard) Processor: Intel This what appears I am not very computer savy and i really need word to work but for some reason if a use the thesaurus this comes up please help i am not sure in it is a bug or what but i am terrified something else will happen to my comptuter.

Nothing "else" will happen to your computer, relax. This is a bug that was
fixed several updates ago.

Go to Help>Check for updates... Install all that you are offered. You are
several updates behind :)
