Error whith published stencils (Visio 2010)

Hi,
I'm on Windows 7 and I try to publish 2 stencils and 1 template for Visio
2010.
I have carefully followed the technical note : Publishing Visio 2007
Solutions (I didn't find the same for Visio 2010).

After my MSI installation, when I launch Visio 2010, although my template
and stencils appear in the right menu, Visio doesn't find the files when I
click on them, and give a 1502 error.

On the other hand, my publishing operation work very fine for Visio 2007
(made on another PC).

Have you an idea about what I miss ?

Thank you for your help.

Where are the template and stencils installed?
Have you set up paths to the templates/stencils in ribbon File -> Options -> Advanced ->
File Locations?
What do you mean by "the right menu"?
Are the stencils visible/clickable from the Shapes window -> More shape?
What happens if you go to the installation folder in Explorer and double-click the vst/vss
files?

Hi Paul,
I gave a look to this note and the problem which is described is not the
same as mine.
Where are the template and stencils installed?
In the following folder :
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\Visio Content\1036
Have you set up paths to the templates/stencils in ribbon File -> Options -> Advanced -> File Locations?
I try to publish stencils and template (with the MS Visio Solution
Publishing Tool - 2010 version) in order to distribute them with a MSI file.
So I haven't to set up this setting.
What do you mean by "the right menu"?
My template appears correctly in the welcome page of Visio 2010, and my
stencils appear correctly in the shapes window menu.
Are the stencils visible/clickable from the Shapes window -> More shape?
Visible but not clickable, when I click on them I get a 109 error.
I have the same problem with my template in the welcome page : when I click
on it, I get a 1502 error.
What happens if you go to the installation folder in Explorer and double-click the vst/vss files?
No problem, my template and stencils run correctly.

As I said in an other post, I discovered that the problem came from the
cohabitation between Visio 2010 and Office 2007. I installed Visio 2010 on a
PC without Office 2007, and now my published stencils and template are well
recognized in Visio 2010.

Do you know if this problem will be solved in the definitive version of
Visio 2010 which can be installed with Office 2007 or earlier versions?
For information, I noticed that Visio 2010 generates a bug with Outlook 2007
and CRM for Outlook. With Visio 2010 installed, CRM for Outlook did not want
to run any more.

Thank you for your help.
