Error with Custom Event Handler

Hi
I added a custom event handler to the Project Check In function. But
everytime the event is triggerred , i get the following error in the eventlog

The event handler also does not execute.
Please advise what could be wrong.

Nope i could not resolve this error, i created a new PWA and used it, it
worked fine

Did you get the solution for this.

My custom DLL is listening Project Published event and it seems that
published event is not fired consistently.
