Error with "Force Check-In" after migrating databases

Hello,

We recently migrated Project Server databases from one server to
another, then migrated project workspaces. Everything seemed to work
fine, but clicking the "Force Check-in Enterprise Objects" page yields
the following error:

"ProjectServerError(s) LastError=GeneralUnhandledException
Instructions: Pass this into PSClientError constructor to access all
error information"

The thing is that we have 3 projects checked out.

Deadlock:
1. I cannot delete the projects because they are checked out (we don't
need them anyway).
2. I cannot check them in because the check in page is broken.
3. I cannot access them other than read-only because they are checked
out, as well.

I have seen in some places that installing SP2 and running the config
wizard has fixed this problem, but we already had SP2 installed prior
to the migration. Should I try running the config wizzard?

Thanks,

Good Day,

By running the config wizard now you can only disconnect from the farm so i
dont think that would be an option unless you would like to restore a
previous Farm backup.

It is important to understand, Microsoft has an option on tech-ed to
"Migrate" databases but it is NOT the reccomended way of moving the DB's to a
new server. The best way to accomplish this is to do a SharePoint Farm BackUp,
and restoring it to the same server but pointing the Restore to the new DB
server. That way you would not need to manually move the workspaces.

I hape this has cast some light on what might be the problem in your
environment. Shout if you need further assistance
