error with outlook 2003

Since i have installed outlook 2003 on my XP PRO computer with SBS 2003
network. When i send a mail on which some recipient are in my personnal
address list and other recipients are in the global address list an error
message appears saying i'm not authorised to send a message to this
recipient.
My received error code is sometime 5.1.1 and sometime 5.1.8.
