'None of your e-mail accounts could send to this recipient' Error

Using Exchange 2003 SP1 on a Windows 2003 Server with Outlook 2007 on a
Windows XP Pro client & receiving the following NDR when sending to multiple
recipients including individual global Contacts & Users, global distribution
lists & personal distribution lists from Outlook - Contacts. Total # of
recipients total around 250-300. Getting the following NDR on a 'personal'
distribution list in Outlook Contacts.

NONE OF YOUR EMAIL ACCOUNTS COULD SEND TO THIS RECIPIENT.

Please assist.
