Error with Task page from Home page

One of my resources has an error when navigating from the homepage to the
task page in Web Access. He will click on "Tasks" on the homepage and it
will send him to the task page (as listed in the address line at the top),
but nothing will load and it will send him back to the home page. He said
sometimes it will "flicker" but it always sends him back to the home page
after a second. Of the 450+ resources, he is the only one with this issue.
Has anyone ever seen this before? He has downloaded the 2 PJ files and they
are listed as "Installed" and they aren't disabled or damaged. Are there
any other files that need to be present for the task page to be viewed?

Most common causes:

Older MDAC installation
Google Toolbar or other browser add-in causing a conflict
Discussions toolbar enabled in IE

Have the user logon to another machine to determine whether it's
user-specific or machine-specific. This will help you narrow down your hunt.

The user can log in on a different computer, which indicated it was his
machine and not the account. I will look into the MDAC version and any
explorer add ons.

He had to re-register 2 DLL files and then it worked. I was not sitting
with him when he did this, but it seems to work just fine for him now.

I asked the person who re-registered the files and he could not remember
which DLL files he worked with. He also looked through his old emails and
couldn't find the information there either.
