Error within HTML signature of Outlook Express XP

I am having problems trying to add a siganture attachment
to my emails as I have correctly created a html file with
yet each time a create a new mail message my signature
displays as a broken image link. (red cross inside white
box). I have tried all other options but nothing seems to
fix this problem. Any help is much very appreciated!

Look over on the left side of the screen and locate the "Internet
Technologies" heading. Expand that, locate your version of Internet
Explorer, and expand that. It's under there.

That informaiton's been posted here numerous times as well, but look on the
left side of the browser window. Expand the "Internet Technologies" list.
Locate your Internet Explorer version and expand that. he appropriate
Outlook Express link will be under there.
