Error "Word cannot complete the save due to a file permission erro

User gets this error when saving after editing a word file located in a file
server in the network. We use server3, XP clients and Office XP. Client is an
HP desktop with 2.8ghz, 1GB RAM, 35GB free disk space. No other user use the
file and user is creator of the file with Full Control rights. This error is
intermittent once or twice a day. User has to reboot to get rid of error.
Everything worked well before when user was using a W2K sytem until it was
replaced with a new XP sytem.
