Error working with Word 97 in Xp if not is administrator...

I am trying to combine a document through code.. but if the user is not the
machine administrator I get a OLE ERROR.. unable to open the macro
storage... (that is my best translation, since I got Acess 97 in Spanish)...
but it works fine when logged on as Administrator...

What should I change to allow not administrators to open the saving macro
property?
