Error you dont have enough permission

Please help,
I have a problem with a project has been imported to the
enterprise using the wizard. The problem is when ever I
open that project I receive an error that you don't have
enough permission to import selected resources from the
enterprise. And when I open the build team from Enterprise
from that project another error returned: Invalid date
range row 5 columns Reserved_ResumeDate and
Reserved_StopDate. Claming that the date is out of the
valid date.
I tried to find that column but I couldn't. so any help
will be appreciated.
