When I try and "send/receive" in outlook with hotmail I get the following
error.

!Task 'Hotmail:Folder:Inbox Synchoronizing headers.' reported error
(0x80040154):"Internet Mail is not registered properly. Please re-install and
try again.'

Do you have a free Hotmail account? Note that Hotmail is in the process of
pulling support for OE/Outlook/Webdav access to their free accounts.
