I am installing the word xml Toolboxfor Microsoft Office
2003 and I am getting the error 1723.There is a problem
with this windows installer package,A DLL required for
this install to complete could not be run. Contact your
support personnel or package vender.
I hope someone can give me some info on how to get around
this problem.
