Help required re Activation of Office

Hi - I hope someone can help me.

I installed Office 2016 Professional onto my brand new desktop in August. I activated the program and it has worked well.

Now I have a pop-up saying that Activation is once again required and that I only have one day before the program becomes unlicensed. When I try to go to "next" it says that I have already installed and cannot install more copies.

I have not changed anything, or reinstalled at all.

Would love some help here as I am confused - the initial activation was very complicated and I had to contact the seller of the package to help me - no way could I have done it on my own.

i would suggest, Contact microsoft and they will be able to help you with either reinstalling the copy one again and authenticating the same or they can run registery fix to apen the same copy.
