errors posting in Frontpage 2002

I have managed to set the authors for the root web and
MSFP 2002 is activated, however, I cannot publish the web
and I am getting the following error message when I try
to publish from MS FrontPage;

Unable to open http://example.com
server error:
Possible causes:
1. The web server may not have the frontpage extension
installed (BUT THEY ARE INSTALLED)
2. The web server may be temporarily out of service (IT
IS IN SERVICE)
3. If you ar connecting through a proxy server, the proxy
settings may be incorrect (NOT GOING THROUGH A PROXY)
4. An error may have occurred in the web server (THE
SERVER IS NOT TROUBLE POSTING FROM THERE END)

Please help.

Hi Tim,

Are the FP Extension installed on the server? Can you open the web on the
server using FP?
