I have a user who receives this error everytime they try and setup a client
side Rule to send emails from one user to a pst folder:
a value in the rule description box has not been set.
I can do it on their machine if I login as myself and use my mailbox but
not if we are logged in as the user.
Any suggestions ?
user is local admin on the machine
