I have activated the front page extensions on the server thru the
Cpanel....yet i continue to get errors stating that the folowing webpages in
your website have dynamic front page components such as a search form or a
form handler they will not work because the server does not have front page
server extensions or share point services installed ..yet i can see them
...anyway any help wold be apreciated

Have you contact your web host regarding this problem?

If so, then ask them to run a server health check.

The permissions are not set correctly on:
www.houghpiano.com
Since I can see the directory structure, which would be part of your problem.

Let us know what happen after you have enable the FP extensions and publish via http to:
http://64.69.47.213/
