Errors when insert objects

Hi
I have a several problems in Word XP every time i try to
insert objects (equations, ...) , and when i try to do
page setup , also when i try to print a file .
Could this happens due to a virus?
Every time i reinstall office , or i repair windows xp ,
but it returns the second day .

Most of the problems indicate a defective printer driver. Reinstall it or
download an update from the manufacturer's website.
