Errors when using help!

Trying to get help for the function CInt. CInt is not
listed in Help. If I dig around, I find reference to
CInt. However, when I click on CInt, I get an Internet
explorer error message. It's almost like help is not
fully installed. Any thoughts?

There are some bugs in the help files. However, this may be of help, depending on what the
problem is.
