Errors when using marketing campaign.

I have a client that has around 1800 contacts in the business contact
manager. When they do a marketing campaign they seem to get two errors for
every email sent out. The errors are regarding add in's that cannot be
loaded and have been disabled due to out of memory or system resources. Has
anyone else had any problems with this. I dont fancy disabling the
antivirus system to resolve it
