errors

[problem]

Each time I click on the microsoft word icon an error
message comes up and word is unable to open. In XP how do
i fix this. Do i have to reinstall word.

Word is probably unable to load a driver, addin or template.
Review this article especially the section about starting Word with a "/a"
switch.
