I got one of this errors before but I dont remember how I fix it
I getting this two errors, any ideas ?


Microsoft\addinst\load.dll is not a valid office add-in.

outbak.dll is not a valid office add-in.

Uncheck these invalid addins in Tools, Options, Other tab, Advanced Options,
Addin Manager.

Thanks, I found the problem, few minutes after I did this post here.

In my case, the problem was the office profile, at the time when I saved the
profile
were 2 plugs in on Outlook, which, at this moment were not installed.
