Dear Experts:
I need your advice.
I have an excel report.
Three parties sign the report testifying the numbers.
Once signed, no one should have the ability to change any number.
I have some ideas on freezing through programming.
I am thinking that, I should ask you, to see if there is a better way.
Also, please give me if you have any suggetions on esignatures.
Are there any examples simila to my problem?
